(SHERBROOKE, QUEBEC) — Symbiosis is proud to announce the signing of a partnership agreement with the human resources consulting firm, Catch Consulting of Mexico.
With more than 10 years of presence in Quebec, Symbiosis specializes in the legal aspects related to the implementation of Canadian companies in the Mexican Territory. Its president, as a foreign legal advisor under the regulatory framework of the Quebec Bar, facilitates the establishment and operation of Canadian companies on Mexican Territory through direct and indirect corporate supervision (legal compliance).
Catch Consulting specializes in human resources integral services, consolidated in Mexico as a reference for the measurement, statistical analysis and development of human capital skills through various strategic alliances at nationwide level.
Currently serving 798 multinational companies including MAGNA, BRP, Windsor Machine, Matcor-Matsu, Clarios, ABC Technologies, ArcelorMittal, EXO-S, and M.I. Integration; Catch Consulting has presence in 19 Mexican states and collaboration agreements with all the automotive industry clusters and other commercial associations.
Symbiosis and Catch are therefore dependent on similar mandates with the enterprises, and the demographic, economic and industrial realities of the two countries in which these organizations operate, meet in several respects. This agreement between the two organizations will allow for greater synergy between companies in Canada and Mexico, notably through regular exchanges on sharing best practices in strategies to assist companies and research organizations.
The formal signing of this partnership took place in response to the pandemic effects and the entry into force of the new Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement (USMCA). The need for more efforts has intensified as a result of major legislative reforms and the Mexican government’s endeavours to meet the rules established by USMCA.
